Responsibilities:
- Screening and Monitoring: Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with website guidelines.
- Content Approval: Approve content that meets required standards and flag or remove content that does not.
- Reputation Management: Maintain and protect the online reputation of the business.
- Customer Service: Promote excellent customer service and help cultivate a strong, positive community around the brand.
- Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date with and adhere to evolving content policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and various content types.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (24/7) and full-time on-site.
- Previous experience in business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is a plus.
- Fluent in Korean with B2-level proficiency in English (must be able to speak, read, and write in both languages).
