Position: Corporate Trade Plan Manager - Retail Business

• Corporate Trade Communication:
  • Develop and execute clear communication strategies to align with corporate trade objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure effective messaging and coordination for retail activities.
• Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and trade campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales in retail channels.
  • Lead the development of seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver high ROI.
• Promotion Planning:
  • Design and manage promotions across retail channels, ensuring that they align with corporate objectives and meet consumer needs.
  • Analyze sales performance during promotions and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Sales Channel Strategy:
  • Oversee and optimize sales channels to ensure consistent product availability and meet demand.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for channel growth.
• Demand Planning:
  • Forecast demand for retail products, collaborating with supply chain teams to ensure proper stock levels.
  • Monitor sales trends and market changes, adjusting trade plans to adapt to evolving demand.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Direct experience in retail and wholesale trade planning.
  • FMCG background is a plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret sales and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Self-driven with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
