Reports to: Sales Director - SE Asia

We have an immediate opportunity for a proactive Country Sales Manager Thailand - Indonesia to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within as assigned geographical area. And perform a wide range of sales and support related disciplines associated with tooling applications on machines in many kind of industrials.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of Wide Web Products and Narrow Web Products via successful completion of required sales training program and utilize this knowledge to successful sell product solutions to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to our customers and agents base in Thailand & Indonesia both at the customer's premises and remotely from our production facilities in China and USA.
  • Create and execute a sales plan that achieve specific company sales revenue and profit achieve specific company sales targets for the Thailand & Indonesia market.
  • Maintaining current accounts whiles proactively seeking and calling on new accounts.
  • Build long-term, productive and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Working closely with our team of internal Customer Support Representatives to accurately convey technical requirements, to ensure our customer base is receiving first class service and the right product for their needs.
  • Liaising with our local Technical Support Team SE Asia and our Global Support Group of Engineers and Materials Specialists based in the China, USA, UK / Europe and Australia.
  • To provide reports to Sales Director SE Asia regarding customer visits, complete sales activity report and presentations in a timely manner as well as sales data analysis.
  • Forecasting future company sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prepare Expo / Tradeshow in the country.



Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • 2/3 years of experience, preferred hired from competitors
  • Bachelor in Engineering (if not, but experience, is ok)
  • High energy, strong leadership abilities and demonstrated interpersonal /cultural skills.
  • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate at all levels both within the customer's organization (both local and multi-national) and internally.
  • Must possess a logical, hands-on approach, be a "self-starter" and have a drive to succeed.
  • Good IT skills and literacy, with the capacity to access a comprehensive database to accurately extract and update information required to quote, prepare reports and assist with order processing when required.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to deal with a variety of tasks and variables.
  • Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
  • Sales solutions and problem-solving skills.
  • Believes in self, company and merketplace and is passionate about learning and growing. Takes responsibility for own success, does not externalize, accepts challenges, does not take "no" as failure, but as an opportunity to succeed.
  • Candidates already employed within an allied industries, competitors, OEMs, or end users, specifically Label & Packaging Converting, guiding system, slitting system, or familiar with other web control system, will have a distinct advantage.
