Responsibilities:
Support pre-sales activities, including campaign proposals (targeting, design suggestions, and media planning).
Manage post-sales activities for all digital campaigns, including setup, design communication, monitoring progress, delivery, and reporting.
Apply a customer-centric approach to manage and deliver campaigns for all clients.
Ensure campaigns meet predefined KPIs and deliver results as planned.
Prepare insightful reports identifying trends, delivery performance, and actionable recommendations.
Ensure efficient execution of internal processes related to campaign delivery.
Assist the sales team with post-sale client communication and relationship management.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience in a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
1-2 years of experience working with media agencies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent negotiation, time-management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
