Responsibilities:

  • Support pre-sales activities, including campaign proposals (targeting, design suggestions, and media planning).

  • Manage post-sales activities for all digital campaigns, including setup, design communication, monitoring progress, delivery, and reporting.

  • Apply a customer-centric approach to manage and deliver campaigns for all clients.

  • Ensure campaigns meet predefined KPIs and deliver results as planned.

  • Prepare insightful reports identifying trends, delivery performance, and actionable recommendations.

  • Ensure efficient execution of internal processes related to campaign delivery.

  • Assist the sales team with post-sale client communication and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.

  • 1-2 years of experience working with media agencies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent negotiation, time-management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
