Responsibilities:
- Support pre-sales activities, including campaign proposals (targeting, design suggestions, and media planning).
- Manage post-sales activities for all digital campaigns, including setup, design communication, monitoring progress, delivery, and reporting.
- Apply a customer-centric approach to manage and deliver campaigns for all clients.
- Ensure campaigns meet predefined KPIs and deliver results as planned.
- Prepare insightful reports identifying trends, delivery performance, and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure efficient execution of internal processes related to campaign delivery.
- Assist the sales team with post-sale client communication and relationship management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
- 1-2 years of experience working with media agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, time-management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
