Responsibility

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, quality, and accurate product delivery.
  • Serve as the point of contact between customers and plant logistics, bringing the customer's voice into the plant.
  • Support and manage customer logistics specialists with customer orders and deliveries using tools like ERP systems.
  • Manage and develop the order handling, administration, and logistics functions, including the activities and staff.
  • Ensure all order handling and shipping procedures are properly managed and coordinated.
  • Support sales forecasting and ensure correct administration.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of sales and order financial information.
  • Provide support in managing accounts receivables and follow up as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the automotive industry and logistics.
  • International Business: Experience with international business operations.
  • Cross-Cultural Understanding: Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
