Responsibility
- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, quality, and accurate product delivery.
- Serve as the point of contact between customers and plant logistics, bringing the customer's voice into the plant.
- Support and manage customer logistics specialists with customer orders and deliveries using tools like ERP systems.
- Manage and develop the order handling, administration, and logistics functions, including the activities and staff.
- Ensure all order handling and shipping procedures are properly managed and coordinated.
- Support sales forecasting and ensure correct administration.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of sales and order financial information.
- Provide support in managing accounts receivables and follow up as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the automotive industry and logistics.
- International Business: Experience with international business operations.
- Cross-Cultural Understanding: Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
