Working Hour
- 7.00-16.00 / 9.00-18.00/ 22.00-7.00
- 2 weeks to 1 month fixed scheduled
- 2 days off (days off might not be weekends)
- 1 month training (Mon - Fri, 09.00 - 18.00)
Location: Bhiraj Tower, Bangna (BTS Bangna)
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues related to flights and hotel.
- Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Use Microsoft Office and other computer programs to record customer data and generate reports.
Qualification/ Specification
- Bachelor's degree
- Able to work in shift rotations (5 days) (On-site)
- Thai + English (B1/B2)
- Experience from Airline Industry, Hospitality Industry and Tourism Industry is a plus
