  • Working Hour

    • 7.00-16.00 / 9.00-18.00/ 22.00-7.00
    • 2 weeks to 1 month fixed scheduled
    • 2 days off (days off might not be weekends)
    • 1 month training (Mon - Fri, 09.00 - 18.00)

    Location: Bhiraj Tower, Bangna (BTS Bangna)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer issues related to flights and hotel.
    • Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
    • Provide accurate information and advice to customers.
    • Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns.
    • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Use Microsoft Office and other computer programs to record customer data and generate reports.

    Qualification/ Specification

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Able to work in shift rotations (5 days) (On-site)
    • Thai + English (B1/B2)
    • Experience from Airline Industry, Hospitality Industry and Tourism Industry is a plus
