Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily sales operations, including order receiving, confirmation and tracking, arranging delivery within the specified time, and maintaining good communication with customers
  • Based on agreement, properly input customer demand such as customer order, EDI forecast and etc in related system.
  • Determine the forecast and safety stock level according to the previous forecast and consumption analysis, upload related info to the system. Process. good understanding of demand and stock level and able to make a good balance
  • Handle customer complaint in a smart and skillful means, reply customer in a polite and proper way, inform related department to take corrective actions and follow up with the result
  • Responsible for the risk management in daily operations, handle urgent cases in a prompt and proactive means. Handle slow moving and obsolete goods in a proper way, be the alerter of potential customer line down due to material shortage
  • Team work with other departments to drive sales operations excellence, boost business growth and. increase customer satisfaction.
  • Submit invoice base on customer's requirement, and AR following up.
  • At least 3~years working experience in customer service field, especially in electronics industry


Qualification:

  • Logical thinking and strong sense of responsibility
  • 'Customer First' in mind and make it as a principle
  • Teamwork spirit, but also can work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of English is both writing and speaking.
  • Chinese communication is a plus
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT) and ERP system.
