Position Summary: As a Customer Service Officer - Aviation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and logistics teams to deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day transactions, coordinating with various departments, and fostering strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Manage the full sales cycle in SAP, ensuring the accuracy of AR invoices and other documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to monitor stock availability and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with suppliers and transportation companies to coordinate logistics and optimize transportation schedules.
  • Support overdue payment monitoring and help resolve billing issues with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier records, ensuring accurate pricing and commercial terms.
  • Assist the Director of Aviation and Health with sales support tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Take an active role in resolving customer complaints and claims, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations and work with the Director to establish pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination, ideally within the aviation, logistics, or supply chain industries.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP, preferably SAP B1.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer-focused mindset.
