Job Title: Data Scientist / Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Lead unsupervised learning and machine learning initiatives to uncover hidden customer behaviors, trends and transactional insights.
Identify actionable business insights and present recommendations to leadership.
Build and enhance data pipelines to support scalable machine learning applications.
Train and mentor entry-level data analysts, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the data team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance) to align data-driven strategies with business objectives.
Ensure best practices in data governance, quality, and security are upheld.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in data science, machine learning, or data analytics.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data tools
Strong experience with unsupervised learning techniques (e.g., clustering, anomaly detection, dimensionality reduction).
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization techniques.
Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring or managing junior analysts.
Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
