Department Manager (Warehouse, Production, QA/QC)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or additional certifications in a relevant field is a plus.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, production, and/or quality assurance/quality control in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing operations in production or warehouse settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations, production management, and quality control processes.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and implement corrective actions based on findings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in production and quality control.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS), production management systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Management:
• Plan and manage the warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Monitor and control inventory storage, and oversee the shipping and receiving processes to ensure they are handled properly.
• Ensure that the receiving and shipping systems meet the required standards and maintain safe storage conditions.
• Production Management:
• Manage and oversee production processes to ensure products meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Control the usage of resources and materials to enhance production efficiency.
• Monitor and develop production operations to meet quality standards and production timelines.
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):
• Manage and oversee the quality control process throughout all stages of production.
• Ensure that the products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze defects and improve processes to enhance product quality.
• Prepare quality inspection reports and suggest improvements to the relevant departments.
• Team Management:
• Supervise and develop the department team to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Communicate and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and develop the skills of the department's staff.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare reports on the department's operations and analyze the performance results.
• Present information related to production efficiency and quality control to management.
