Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), and advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.), while leading the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and insights for optimizing spend and performance.
Social Media Management:
- Supervise and oversee the company's presence on social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Curate and manage all published content (images, video, written, audio) to maintain a consistent brand voice and message.
Advertising Campaigns:
- Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.
- Optimize campaigns across Google YouTube, Meta, and Twitter ads to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Brand Awareness:
- Formulate strategies to enhance brand awareness and expand market share.
- Develop and manage brand partnerships and influencer marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness and conversions.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPI goals.
- Utilize insights derived from data analysis to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
