Engineering Assistant Manager

Job Description:
- Lead engineering team to continue improve current process using TPS technique, IE technique and automation, accomplish the annual cost saving and productivity goal.
- Lead team for RTY improvement to accomplish yield goal.
- Lead team to evaluate the assembly C/T, manpower, assembly fixture, testing equipment and line capacity for new project.
- Lead team to develop process, assembly fixture, automation machine, new materials, and packaging standard for new project.
- Lead team to solve technical problems in new project process development, mass production and feedback from customer complaints.
- Setup preventive maintenance for assembly equipment, example testing machine for maximum MTBF, MTTR and OEE.
- Plan and control Capex for engineering team.
- Technical documentation & ECN management and Approval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Experience 8 years working experience on Assembly line improvement.
- Computer skill on 2D CAD for define assembly line layout.
- Good knowledge in PCBA failure analysis and rework.
- Good knowledge in automation machine.
- Good spoken and written in English language.
