Position : Engineering Manager (R&D) - Chinese Speaking

Location : Chachongsao, Thailand

Salary : 100k - 200k (open for negotiable) (Expat is welcome)

Responsibilities:

Evaluation, analysis and implement of new equipment, technologies, automation systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues, troubleshoot problems and optimize production output.
Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
Lead and manage engineering team, providing guidance, mentoring and training to ensure the team's success.
Implementation of plan and develop necessary support at all levels of the organization.
Ensure compliance of company policies, regulatory, customer requirements and industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.

Qualification:

Experience with Engineering Manager or R&D role at least 5 years.
Experience in electronics (cable harness) is a must.
Fluent in Chinese (No HSK required)(Expat who can speak Chinese is also welcome)
Be able to work at Chachongsao, Thailand (working alternate Saturday)
