Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within the port and terminal. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Manage and coordinate machine engineering activities, including troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and optimizing machine performance.
Support and guide the engineering team in performing their duties effectively. Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and training to ensure skill development and a high standard of work.
Planning and executing engineering projects, upgrades, and modifications. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Manage the engineering department budget, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and procurement of equipment or parts
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards or issues
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Prepare reports and documentation as required by regulatory bodies or management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
8 years of relevant experience in electrical and machine engineering, preferably in a port / terminal or related business.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, automation, and control systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of safety protocols, regulations, and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in electrical and machine engineering.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
Good command both of English and Thai skill.
