Job Description:
- Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance programs for all plant-based electrical infrastructure and machinery.
- Analyze and address electrical malfunctions across production lines to maintain operational safety and reduce downtime.
- Upgrade, fine-tune, and maintain electrical systems such as PLCs, HMIs, inverters, and automated equipment.
- Ensure electrical systems adhere to GMP, ISO 13485, and applicable national/international regulations.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Validation teams on the installation and validation phases (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new equipment.
- Perform risk evaluations on electrical systems and actively support both internal and external compliance audits.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Energy Management Systems (EMS) to optimize energy use.
- Coordinate calibration activities for electrical instruments and ensure all records are maintained accurately and systematically.
- Mentor and supervise technical personnel, promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering in a manufacturing plant (medical device industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge in power distribution, automation, electrical safety, and control systems.
- Experience with cleanroom environments and validation processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and team leadership.
- Good command of English and technical documentation.
- Experience in the establishment of a new factory electrical system is a plus.
- Experience in designing new production equipment electrical structure is a plus.
