ERP Accounting

Lead and manage the ERP implementation project for the accounting and finance departments, including setup, testing, and training.
Collaborate with IT teams and external consultants to ensure the ERP system aligns with the organization's accounting requirements.
Improve and optimize accounting and financial processes using ERP functionality.
Prepare project plans and coordinate with teams to ensure ERP projects are completed within the designated timeframe and budget.
Work with different departments to identify user requirements and necessary customizations in the ERP system.
Test and verify the accuracy of accounting data in the new system.
Train and support the accounting and finance teams in using the new ERP system.
Analyze the financial impacts and plan for system changes to minimize risk.
Continuously monitor and improve the ERP system's usage post-implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA is a plus).
At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, particularly in accounting and finance.)
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other relevant systems.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges during the ERP implementation process.
Project management skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
