- Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls.
- Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties.
- Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards.
- Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others.
- Ensure full integration ESH into company Business.
- Maintain and ensure all ESH Program meet Thai Law and Corporate requirements.
- Monitor and ensure complying of all ESH concerned law.
- Focal point of Emergency Response Plan.
- Ensure ESH training program and ESH motivation program is in place.
- Follow Up accident/incident and ESH nonconformance investigation and report.
- Identify any potential risks which may cause accident, to obstruct hazard activities Which expose to such risks and notify to both individuals and manager.
- Responsible for maintain and ensure all environmental meet thai Law and regulation.
- Responsible of employee work related health concerned, annual health Program.
- Responsible for Industrial Hygiene Assessment, Monitoring & Measurement to meeting the Thai regulation.
- Responsible for Ergonomics Program and Improvement Plan and Execution.
- Maintain program to encourage or improve issue related to ESH.
- Reporting all ESH compliance reports that related to Thai law.
- Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all area and Task.
- Available Working in shift pattern is required.
- Monitor and Maintain ESH management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and internal standards.
- Monitor and Maintain plant OH&S specific KPIs to measure performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Safety Engineer or Safety Science or comparable.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the field of public or private security.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with administrative tasks.
- Has knowledge in Emergency Response Plan, Fire protection and Inspection.
- Experienced in Risk Assessment, Security and Hazardous Substance Management.
- Experienced in Construction Safety Management, Environmental Management and Radiation Safety.
- Accurate communication, good personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Mature, reliable personality and appears to have leadership skill.
- Good English command
