Job Description: Assistant Export Sales Manager - Canned Tuna

Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the company in selling products and follow up with clients to ensure sales targets are achieved as per the company's objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base, aligning with the company's expansion policies.
  3. Sell canned tuna products to international clients, ensuring timely delivery according to agreed terms and conditions.
  4. Monitor and manage sales performance, coordinate with current and potential customers, and resolve any issues to meet company goals and KPIs.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with current clients and build trust with new customers to secure future sales.
  6. Participate in trade exhibitions both domestically and internationally, managing product samples and related materials.
  7. Collect and analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Plan and execute strategies to acquire new customers, contributing to the company's growth targets.
  9. Track customer payment status, ensuring products are shipped and export documents are completed.
  10. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports, providing detailed updates for each client.
  11. Present new product lines to both existing and new customers to drive sales and market share.

Qualifications:

  • Business-level proficiency in English
  • More than 5 years of export sales management experience, specializing in canned tuna products or other canned goods
  • Ability to travel abroad as required
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Expertise in client and partnership management

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 100% onsite
