Responsibility:
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers, primarily O/S company subsidiaries..
Help customers through providing regular email, phone, reports and online conferences, screen-share meetings
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of new projects & orders according to customer needs and objectives
Ensure the timely response to internal/external customer enquiries, which may involve re-directing some enquiries or seeking input from other departments
Monitor and seek to improve on customer service level metrics: order confirmations, avg order deliver lead time, other
Carefully monitor and communicate the progress of critical products & orders to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Liaise between the customer and multiple internal teams to solve issues and provide single complete response
Maintain positive customer relationships through professional presentation and attitude
Create, Monitor, Maintain and complete monthly reports related to Sales Revenue, Forecasting (ICS), Profit & Inventory
Inventory & Demand Management: Manage Customer Forecasting, Stocking Policies, Support inventory enquiries and help optimize inventory levels whilst maintaining a high level of DIFOT
Pursue business development opportunities outside of Thailand domestic market
Assist to co-ordinate/project manage customer opportunities to ensure we deliver in line with customer expectations
Lead customer RFQ compilation and on time breakdown submission, whilst ensuring customer quotations meet the company's financial targets
Operate as a point of escalation from issues arising from regular order processing and customer service
Resolve conflicts and provide win:win solutions to customers in a timely manner
Take direction from Global Business Development Manager & support them to promote products and service to customers
Qualification:
Bachelor or higher of Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineer, Engineering or any related fields
At least 7 years' experience in Sales/Marketing in Automotive industry, Good networking, customer service support and business development capabilities
Prepared to travel as required
Detailed knowledge of company processes
Comfortable making high level presentations to customers
Good command of spoken, written and listening in English
Strong reporting skills Customer focused, whilst always keeping company interests in the forefront
