Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Manage day-to-day accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows).
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial compliance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting systems.
• Lead financial planning, reporting, and audits.
• Assist in financial system setup and process improvements.
• Prepare company to IPO (tentative on 2027)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 10 years of experience in accounting and finance with at least 5 years in managerial level.
• Experience working with public company.
• Experience in setting up accounting system.
• CPD license holder.
• Good communication skill with positive attitude.
