Job Description :
- Develop and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Manage the organization's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to optimize cost of capital, balance risk, and ensure adequate funding for operations and growth initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, such as market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk, through hedging strategies, investment diversification, and rigorous financial analysis.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships to ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives while minimizing idle cash and financing costs.
- Manage short-term and long-term investments, including marketable securities and corporate bonds, to optimize returns, preserve capital, and align investment strategies with organizational objectives and risk tolerance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and support audit and regulatory inquiries related to financial activities and disclosures.
- Execute treasury transactions, including cash transactions, wire transfers, and foreign exchange transactions, and implement treasury systems and technologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support decision-making across the organization.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance (preferably), Accounting, Economics or any other related field
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury function, credit management, investment.
- Average communication and written in English skill.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferable.
