Finance Manager (80K)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

   • Plan and implement the annual budget, including estimating income and expenses to ensure proper financial planning.

   • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient working capital for the company's operations.

   • Analyze financial data such as financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets to identify key financial indicators, such as the company's financial status, debt repayment ability, and return on investment.

   • Control and monitor company spending to ensure it aligns with the approved budget.

   • Assess financial risks such as exchange rates, interest rates, and raw material costs, and develop strategies to mitigate or manage these risks.

   • Advise senior management on critical financial information to support investment decisions, business expansion, or debt management, while overseeing effective tax planning and management.

   • Develop and enhance the financial team's skills to ensure efficient and effective work performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in financial management and tax administration, with a minimum of 5 years leading or supervising an accounting team.

3. Proficiency in English communication.

4. Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
