Job Purpose
To strategize, manage costs, labor, and branch operational plans, and collaborate with Area Managers and Store/Shop Managers to enhance profitability. This role involves analyzing business performance, customer behavior, market competitors, and setting sales targets for each branch. Additionally, the position supports the development of promotional strategies with the marketing department to align with the organization's policies and overall strategy.
Oversees branch operations to ensure adherence to company standards within reasonable costs, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve the company's profit goals.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Define policies and ensure branch operations align with sales and marketing plans.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate branch performance to meet objectives.
  • Control revenue and expenses within specified limits.
  • Coordinate with departments to maintain company standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and address customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.


Branch Operations Management:

  • Develop and update operational policies to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Plan and oversee operational standard inspections through Area Managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality, cleanliness, safety, and environmental conditions in branches.
  • Ensure sufficient equipment and food quality standards are met.
  • Analyze branch issues and propose solutions for short-term and long-term improvements.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth branch operations and customer service.


Human Resource Management:

  • Inspect, train, and develop leadership skills of Store/Shop Managers.
  • Identify and recruit qualified Store/Shop Managers and Assistant Managers.
  • Provide employees with opportunities for growth and career advancement.
  • Ensure fair treatment and adherence to work standards for all employees.
  • Allocate sufficient and appropriately skilled personnel while managing costs effectively.


General Administration:

  • Analyze and summarize reports.
  • Prepare annual budgets.
  • Participate in company events as assigned.


Major Challenges:

  • Managing a diverse workforce with varying ages, genders, and educational backgrounds while ensuring compliance with rules and standards.
  • Operating in a highly competitive and rapidly changing environment that significantly impacts success.
  • Coordinating with multiple departments to secure effective support for operational activities.


Subordinate Responsibilities:

  • Area Managers and Store/Shop Managers: Ensure branch operations comply with company standards and achieve sales targets.



Job Specifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge: Expertise in food and beverage operations.
  • Understanding of laws and regulations related to food services.
  • Insights into marketing and business development.
  • Skills: Business analysis and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Personal Abilities: Strategic planning and execution.
