Franchise Director (Food and Beverage)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall franchise strategy to drive growth and expand the brand's presence in the food and beverage sector.
  • Identify and secure new franchise opportunities, evaluating potential franchisees and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
  • Lead the franchise development process, from prospecting and negotiating terms to signing contracts and launching new locations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, providing ongoing support, guidance, and performance analysis to ensure mutual success.
  • Monitor the performance of all franchise units, ensuring compliance with brand standards, operational guidelines, and quality control processes.
  • Develop and implement franchise marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and build customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal departments, such as marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure consistent execution of strategies across all franchise locations.
  • Provide training and support to franchisees, helping them meet operational and financial objectives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain franchise operations manuals, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflect the latest operational procedures and company standards.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and refine the franchise strategy.
  • Monitor financial performance, including profitability, costs, and expenses, and assist franchisees in meeting budget and financial targets.
  • Negotiate and manage franchise agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and franchise partners.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring that all candidates are thoroughly vetted and meet the required criteria.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise development or management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successful franchise expansion and growth.
  • Strong knowledge of franchise operations, legal agreements, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and analyzing financial reports.
  • Ability to travel frequently to support franchise operations and development efforts.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
