General Manager (Chinese Speaking)(expat welcome)

Position : General Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Location : Chachoengsao, Chonburi (can choose)

Salary : 100k - 200k (open for discussion)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Global in organizational development, team building, and management system construction (including compensation and performance management).
• Support the global in daily management and operations, coordinate departmental and routine affairs.
• Help the global team coordinate work between departments and handle daily tasks.
• Assist the global team in establishing good cooperative relationships with suppliers, government agencies, and other external departments, and manage the reception of company guests.
• Handle all translation work required by the company, including language translation and document translation.
• Organize office meetings and major events, draft and issue meeting minutes, and monitor the implementation of meeting resolutions.
• Manage internal and external company correspondence, address incoming letters and visits, and report and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor logistics and freight forwarder process.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any faculty.
• Have experience in management positions.
• Have experience in logistics / freight forwarder is a must.
• Be able to speak, write, read in Chinese.
• Expat or Non-Thai who has proficiency in Chinese are welcome.
