Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advisory support to the Engineering Director to achieve strategic goals.
Oversee project initiation, utility cost monitoring, and maintenance cost control.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure plant, equipment, and fire safety systems meet compliance standards.
Implement energy and water management systems to minimize costs and environmental impact.
Lead emergency repairs and supervise daily operations of building systems.
Manage workshop operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory.
Prepare reports, attend monthly management meetings, and contribute to strategic planning.
Foster staff development through training programs, performance reviews, and career pathing.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
7-10 years of experience in building management and engineering systems, especially in high-rise buildings.
Engineering license (Minimum Associate Engineer) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) credentials.
Native in Mandarin or Hokkien and Fluency in English, or Thai.
Strong leadership skills with 5-7 years of experience managing large teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
