About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Head of Finance to lead financial operations in a rapidly expanding restaurant group. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-driven finance leader, responsible for guiding the company's financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence as the organization scales across multiple locations.

This pivotal role requires someone who can align financial planning with growth objectives, manage multi-entity operations, and oversee investments in new projects. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support new restaurant openings and centralized production initiatives.
  • Provide financial insights to guide decision-making and manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessments.

• Operational Management

  • Oversee multi-entity financial operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Streamline essential accounting functions such as AR/AP, tax declarations, and year-end audits.
  • Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and compliance standards.

• New Openings & Investment Management

  • Lead financial planning for new restaurant projects, including budgeting, cost analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Track and optimize the financial performance of newly launched locations.

• Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain strict adherence to local tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to key stakeholders and work closely with auditors and tax advisors.

• Process Improvement

  • Implement processes to enhance accounting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls.

• Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of finance professionals and support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Thailand qualification required.

• Experience

  • Minimum 10 years in senior financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing multi-entity teams.
  • Experience scaling operations in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai tax laws, compliance, and auditing.

• Skills & Attributes

  • Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in ERP systems and financial management tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
