Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing and communications efforts. This role is responsible for aligning global and regional marketing and communications goals with local business needs, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated marketing, corporate communications, and brand management, coupled with experience in managing a team of marketing and communications professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Alignment
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that align with global and regional objectives while catering to local business needs.
- Act as the key liaison between regional marketing leader and local stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive brand consistency and positioning across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
Marketing & Lead Generation and Analytic Insights
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and event-based channels to drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through targeted marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain a strong pool of potential candidates for recruitment needs.
- Conduct data analytics insights to prioritize segment to drive leads in alignment with country strategies
- Leverage data analytics and insights to optimize marketing efforts and measure campaign effectiveness.
Communications Management
- Oversee corporate communications, including media relations, crisis communication, and internal communication strategies.
- Develop content strategies that effectively engage target audiences and reinforce brand messaging.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communications executives, providing guidance, professional development, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Ensure the team effectively executes marketing and communications plans within set timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, P&C, and regional marketing colleagues, to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to support marketing and communication initiatives.
- Represent the organization in key industry events, media engagements, and public relations activities as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing communications, including digital and offline marketing, PR, and corporate branding.
- Strong background in demand generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Strong in data analytics, understand numbers and ability to translate into meaningful insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
