Core Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively expand B2B client base within the shopping mall and retail sectors
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales methodology tailored to B2B SaaS sales,focusing on solution selling, account-based strategies, and long-term customer value.
  • Develop and refine sales processes, from lead generation through to closing
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakerswithin B2B organizations.
  • Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing sales team of 5-10 people, fostering a cultureof success and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members, ensuring theymeet and exceed their targets.
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals and to effectively communicate the value of our SaaS solutions to B2B clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT or other related field
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the B2B SaaS industry or IT-related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive growth targets in a B2B environment.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in retail/shopping malls related sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, particularly in a B2B context.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Good communicate english.
