Responsibility

  • Implement customer feedback systems and act on guest reviews to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Manage event planning and coordination for meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special events.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across all departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and front desk.
  • Monitor hotel facilities and ensure they are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Oversee the implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including revenue management, room rates, occupancy, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to meet guest needs and operational requirements.
  • Oversee the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Develop and maintain guest relations programs to encourage repeat business and loyalty.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good - Very good in English command
