Job Description: HR&Amin Executive
Locations: Bangkok (Thailand), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Singapore, and Jakarta (Indonesia)
I. Job Summary
The HR&Admin Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive support in human resources and administrative functions. This role requires a deep understanding of local labor laws, ensures the effective management of HR and administrative activities and the smooth running of the organization's operations.
II. Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment and Staffing

  1. Collaborate with local and regional hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to each location.
  2. Source candidates through various channels, including local job boards, recruitment agencies, and social media platforms.
  3. Screen and shortlist applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with relevant stakeholders.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from offer generation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and compliance with local employment regulations.

B. Employee Relations

  1. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  2. Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives across all locations within the country.
  3. Handle employee disciplinary issues and conflicts in accordance with company policies and local labor laws, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  4. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in the workplace environment and HR processes.

C. Performance Management

  1. Assist in the design and implementation of performance management systems.

D. Compensation and Benefits

  1. Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and market competitiveness.
  2. Provide employees with clear and accurate information about their compensation and benefits entitlements and handle any related inquiries or disputes.

E. HR Compliance

  1. Stay updated on the constantly evolving labor laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
  2. Ensure that all HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts are in full compliance with local legal frameworks and are regularly reviewed and updated.
  3. Coordinate with local legal advisors and authorities as needed and manage any HR-related audits or inspections.

F. Administrative Support

  1. Manage office facilities and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
  2. Oversee office supplies procurement and inventory management, optimizing costs and ensuring availability.
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and work permits for employees traveling between locations or for international business trips.
  4. Organize and manage company events, meetings, and conferences, taking into account local customs and preferences.


III. Qualifications
A. Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

B. Experience

  1. At least 3 - 5 years or above of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably with multicultural work environment.
  2. Experience in handling employee relations, compensation management, and compliance matters.

C. Skills

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  3. Proficiency in English and local language. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  4. Knowledge of HR local compliance and basic administration.
  5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to handle complex HR and administrative issues and make sound judgments in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
