Position : HR Business Partner
Location : Ayutthaya / Chonburi (Ban Bueng)
Responsibilities :
- Business Partnership: Serve as a strategic HR partner to business units, understanding their needs and providing HR support to achieve business goals.
- Focused on developing HR strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, collaborating closely with business units.
- Primarily handles day-to-day tasks like recruitment, payroll, and employee document management.
- Designing, and conducting trainings and employee/manager development sessions (in cooperation with Learning & Development department), driving employee engagement, succession planning and talent review programs
- Leading the Talent Assessment Process and driving the development for career next steps and delivering talent for global opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or higher degree in HR or related field.
- At least 7 years in HR functions.
- Be able to speak English.
