Human Resources Director
Location : Bangkok
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and integrate the full spectrum of Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), and Human Resource and Organization Development (HROD), ensuring alignment with business goals and corporate strategy.
- Design and implement people strategies, policies, and systems that drive organizational performance, enhance employee engagement, and support long-term talent development.
- Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on workforce planning, succession, talent optimization, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation.
- Direct and manage General Affairs (GA), office administration, and workplace safety operations to ensure efficiency, legal compliance, and a safe, secure working environment.
- Oversee compensation and benefits, performance management frameworks, and employee relations programs that foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.
- Champion HR innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and adapting to evolving labor regulations in Thailand.
- Lead cross-functional teams, building strong internal partnerships and nurturing leadership capability across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 10 years in a senior management or director-level position.
- Extensive background in Retail, FMCG, or large-scale public companies within Thailand, with demonstrated ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on capability and a track record of leading enterprise-wide HR and organizational initiatives.
- High integrity, business acumen, and a collaborative leadership style committed to delivering impactful results.
