Responsibilities:
- Able to Use and Management of HR Overall functions.
- Work closely with management team to plan and implement HR strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with business strategic.
- In charge to develop HR system, Performance Management, salary structure and compensation and benefit review, recruitment and selection.
- Appraisal System & Performance Management (Target setting, evaluation, promotion, Bonus, Annual salary increment).
- Responsible for managing the execution of all HR functions, i.e., recruitment, payroll, welfare, performance management, training and general administration by team members.
- Plan and implement compensation initiatives according to the company's compensation philosophy and corporate goals.
- Develop/improve HRIS to ensure effective HR administration.
- Monitor and report key HRIS data to management team to evaluate effective HR management and ROI on budget.
- Identify issues and recommend improvements to achieve desired results.
- Set and ensure company compliance to local employment laws and regulations.
- HR management(Organization, HR report, man power plan with line, performance. management).
- Payroll Management(SAP HCM). Control of outsourcing and temporary staff.
- To talk with Top Management, organization leaders, and employees, then will grasp HR issues.
- And after that to think solution with superior and implementation for problem solving.
Requirements & Skills:
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 10-15 years' experience in HRM and HRD, at least 5 years at management level.
- Business-minded, strategic HR Business Partner and good knowledge of new HR tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently, friendly, open-minded, proactive, results driven and a role model for people management.
- Strong education backgrounds at Bachelor's Degree or above in related fields.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills and motivates cross functional individuals and teams.
- Excellent reading and writing in English and Thai.
- Extensive and proven track records in management level recruitments.
- Familiar with labor law and related statutory regulation.
