Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing human resources activities with a strong emphasis on compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role involves overseeing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, handling recruitment, and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the plant's operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the plant's HR practices comply with all relevant local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in labor legislation and update company policies accordingly.
  • Advise management on legal requirements and best practices in employee relations and labor law.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive working environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand company policies, safety procedures, and job expectations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Ensure mandatory training sessions, such as safety and compliance training, are conducted.
  • Collaborate with the safety team to ensure workplace safety standards are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate safety risks.
  • Support initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of HR experience, with at experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment will be plus.
  • Good command in English
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
