Position: HR Manager (2 Years Contract)

Job Description:

  • Develop short-term and long-term workforce planning strategies.
  • Plan and implement recruitment processes for talent acquisition.
  • Oversee the recruitment process and ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Review and verify employment contracts.
  • Conduct interviews and selection processes on behalf of the hiring department.
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday (on-site).

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in overall HR functions, with a focus on management.
  • Strong expertise in workforce planning and recruitment.
  • Ability to manage HR operations and collaborate with various departments.
