Position: HR Manager (2 Years Contract)
Job Description:
- Develop short-term and long-term workforce planning strategies.
- Plan and implement recruitment processes for talent acquisition.
- Oversee the recruitment process and ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Review and verify employment contracts.
- Conduct interviews and selection processes on behalf of the hiring department.
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday (on-site).
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in overall HR functions, with a focus on management.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning and recruitment.
- Ability to manage HR operations and collaborate with various departments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
