Position : HR Manager

Salary : 70000 - 80000

Location : Bo Win, Sriracha / Rayong

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective human resource management system.
• Establish an efficient recruitment system, standardize processes, and achieve recruitment objectives.
• Manage the execution of the company's training programs.
• Design and administer compensation and benefits policies.
• Enhance company policies and regulations to foster a positive corporate culture.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in human resources, knowledge of local resources in Thailand as well as relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication, coordination skills and excellent verbal expression.
• Outgoing personality with high integrity, responsibility, meticulous work habits, proactive attitude and strong learning ability.
• Language proficiency in English
• Be able to work Monday - Saturday
