Responsibilities
• Lead anddirect the day to day operation of HR department including HRM, HRD, ER and enforcing company policies and practices
• Be partner with the management team to develop compensation & benefits strategy, employee engagement policies and office adminstration
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes compettitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains tip talent
• Support current and future business goal through the development, engagement, motivation of human resources
• Build a positive working environment
• Oversea and manage a performance evaluation program that drives high performance
• Maintains knowledge of best practics, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources and employment laws
Qualifications :
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
• Over 5 years of experience in HR role and 3 years as a HR manager who taking care full spectrum of HR operation and strategy
• Familiarity with labor legislation
• Good analytical skills and open minded
• People oriented is required
• Good command in English is required
