Responsible:
- Improve the standardization and system of human resources and administrative management processes in the Thailand office.
- Responsible for recruiting personnel for the Thai branch, managing entry and exit, attendance, labor contracts, social security and housing fund, and tax affairs.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team. Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of human resources work experience.
- Familiar with Thai labor laws and daily human resources management workflow; Understand and master various human resource management tools, technologies, and resources.
- Possess work initiative, sense of responsibility and principle, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, good learning ability, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
- Good image, clear thinking, agile thinking, excellent oral and written expression skills, strong coordination and affinity.
- Outgoing personality, with good professional ethics and ethics.
- Priority will be given to those who can use English as a working language, and those who can accept Chinese culture will be given priority. Chinese business travel training opportunities will be provided.
- This position does not require overseas residency and occasionally requires local business trips.
- Prefer: Fluent in English & Chinese.
