Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manpower Planning; Develop the company's organizational chart, defining department structures and staffing needs. Control workforce numbers to align with company operations.

  2. Recruitment & Selection; Identify and recruit employees who meet company requirements, ensuring their knowledge, skills, and qualifications align with job expectations.

  3. Compensation & Benefit; Manage and plan employee compensation and benefits programs.

  4. Training & Development; Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and career growth.

  5. Performance Management; Evaluate and manage employee performance to ensure efficiency and productivity.

  6. Employee Engagement; Maintain good employee relations and enhance engagement and job satisfaction.

  7. Set Rules and Regulations; Establish and implement company policies and procedures.

  8. Government Liaison and Reporting;

    • Monthly reports: Social security contributions, personal income tax.

    • Annual reports: Social security report, tax report.

    • Submit other training-related reports as required.

  9. Task Delegation and Progress Monitoring;

    • Assign tasks to HR team members and administrative staff, track progress, and evaluate outcomes.

    • Manage foreign employees' accommodation/hotels, handle visa and work permit matters, and submit 90-day work reports.

    • Oversee the HR team in collecting rental invoices, utility bills, and other company expenses for reimbursement processing.

    • Supervise factory order management, and oversee the work of janitors, drivers, gardeners, and canteen staff.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR-related work.

  • Good knowledge and experience in labor relations and labor laws are preferred.

  • Fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Mandarin Chinese.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Well understanding to work with Chinese company & culture.
