Position : HR Manager (Chinese Speaking)
Location : Ayutthaya/Chonburi (can choose location)
Salary : 65000 - 75000 (Open for negotiable)
Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies and providing support for disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program and reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years with HR experience
- Be able to speak Chinese (No HSK required)
- Can choose location between Ayutthaya or Chonburi
- Able to work on Mon - Sat
