HR Manager (Mukdahan)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for all levels within the organization.
• Develop and implement training and employee development plans.
• Manage compensation and benefits systems.
• Evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Review and enhance HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in human resources, particularly in managerial roles.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Working location is Mukdahan.
