Main responsibilities and duties
Be knowledgeable in term of business and program development process to support the main business stakeholder
Support the full employee lifecycle for the perimeter of responsibility (from onboarding to exit interviews)
Coordinate with the HRBP and HRM of the different countries in case of international assignments
Keep a strong focus on the individual development and the career design for the employees in this perimeter, using the company tools to support them in the process
Collaborate with functions heads in their organizational design together with HRM and HRD
Keep a good working environment and employee engagement being responsive and supportive
Implement HR initiatives and specific projects assigned
Prepare relevant reports for the management such as Head Count and cost analysis
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Thai and English, both spoken and written
Minimum 7 years' experience in a HR generalist / Business partnering function within an industrial environment
Self independent and familarity with Global envirolment & Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with HR systems as Success Factor is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR or business Management with some experience in automotive would be preferred.
