Job Description:


  • Strategic Thinking and Impact Analysis:
  • Maintain a holistic perspective by establishing connections and evaluating the interdependencies between activities and issues.
  • Guide the management of individual/team-based challenges and adapt to changing priorities.

  • HR Solutions Development:
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR solutions by understanding organizational operations.
  • Analyze challenges, provide insights, recommend solutions, and build long-term partnerships to drive business objectives forward.

  • Talent Management Support:
  • Assist in the company's talent management processes by coaching and supporting managers to make fair and objective decisions.

  • Internal Communication Coordination:
  • Oversee the distribution of internal communication messages across the organization, ensuring effectiveness and clarity.

  • Learning and Development Support:
  • Help managers identify learning needs and skill gaps.
  • Provide guidance on available training programs and development initiatives.

  • Organizational Effectiveness and Analytics:
  • Collaborate with managers and the HRBP team on organizational effectiveness initiatives, including analysis and improvement efforts.

  • Employee Relations (ER) Guidance:
  • Communicate ER policies and procedures at all organizational levels.
  • Partner with the HRBP team to mitigate ER/IR risks.

  • Reward and Performance Management:
  • Advise on reward and performance management strategies.
  • Ensure managers understand how performance management tools contribute to enhanced performance, talent attraction, and employee retention.

  • HR Service Delivery Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the HR Shared Services team to ensure timely and effective delivery of core HR services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of HR service provision.

  • Compliance and Policy Support:
  • Assist in implementing and ensuring compliance with the company policies, processes, and local labor laws.

  • Data and Reporting Support:
  • Provide accurate information and collaborate on data analysis with HRBP or Expert teams.
  • Produce clear, insightful, and meaningful reports.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR activities across the company, fostering consistency and shared objectives.
