- Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment, ensuring a robust workforce capable of supporting the demands of a publicly listed company.
- Manage performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and leading leadership development programs.
- Design compensation and benefits packages, including employee stock option plans (ESOPs), and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Foster employee relations and engagement, promoting a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns.
- Lead training and development initiatives, focusing on upskilling employees and preparing leadership for post-IPO roles.
- Ensure legal compliance and risk management by aligning HR practices with employment laws and IPO-related regulations.
