Are you an experienced HR professional fluent in both Chinese and Thai, ready to lead and make an impact? We're looking for a skilled HR Manager to take charge of strategic HR initiatives, along with 2 junior-level HR Assistant Managers to support daily operations and grow into future leadership roles
Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Design and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team.
  • HR Governance (HRG): Oversee the entire HR lifecycle - from workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations to policy implementation.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline HR processes, ensure policy compliance, and continuously improve HR workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between local teams and international HQ, aligning HR strategies with broader business goals.
  • Training & Development: Create and manage employee development programs, career progression frameworks, and succession planning.
  • HR Data & Reporting: Leverage HR data to track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full adherence to Thai labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks proactively.


Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Chinese speaker with fluent Thai proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience with leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HR software and data analysis tools.
