Human Resources Director - South Asia

As we continue to expand and thrive, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Director to lead our human resources efforts in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, promote organizational growth, and ensure compliance with regional labor laws and regulations.
• Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions within the SEA region.
• Implement performance management systems to drive employee development, provide timely feedback, and ensure continuous improvement within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal policies within the SEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience (at least 8-10 years) in progressively responsible HR roles, including 3-5 years of experience in a leadership capacity overseeing HR functions in Southeast Asia.
• Extensive knowledge of regional labor laws and HR practices, particularly in the SEA region.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
