Position Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for the HR Corporate and Operational work, both HRM, HRD and HROD.

Job Accountabilities

  • Partner with site managers by providing the win-win HR solutions to the operational and business.
  • Address and implement HR work plan according to the business and people agenda within the budget.
  • Work closely with Corporate HR Team (recruitment, training, benefits & welfare, performance management system) by executing and driving all HR activities.
  • Build the employee morale and motivation/engagement.
  • Manage the employee performance issues included the labor dispute.
  • Monitor the site attendance and provide the regular consultation to employees.
  • Prepare the site manpower report and take the action if needed.
  • Implement the HR initiative programs and ad-hoc projects when necessary.
  • Create an organizational structure Job position structure consistent with business.
  • Plan manpower (Workforce / Manpower Planning), preliminary job analysis, prepare JD and JS for various job positions.
  • Prepare work regulations, regulations, rules and measures in accordance with labor laws.
  • Able to proceed with performance evaluation and employee development, such as preparing performance indicators (KPIs), using evaluation results to use in HR management in various matters such as rewards, promotions Appoint etc.
  • Manage employee development in both Hard & Soft skills for employees at all levels, starting from creating Training Roadmaps, tracking and measuring learning outcomes. as well as creating a culture of learning and knowledge storage (KM).
  • Have knowledge and understanding of compensation management at a level that can actually be applied, such as setting starting rates for new hires, creating welfare and various benefits to be in line with the needs of employees of different ages. and improving the salary structure, etc.
  • Handling employee discipline and grievances in accordance with and following labor laws.
  • Able to communicate effectively in HR matters. Whether it is about policies, rules, regulations, orders to create mutual understanding, transparency and mutual acceptance.
  • Administrative management and other related work as an executive such as the preparation of departmental budgets.


Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
  • Min 8-10 years' work experience as HR manager / Sr. HR Generalist.
  • Background in a variety of businesses specially Manufacturing, FMCG, Retails & Wholesale, Logisticsetc., would be added advantage.
  • Understanding the modern HR tools and practice.
  • People and result oriented and Teamwork.
  • Negotiation, presentation, negotiation & analytical skill.
  • Interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Able to travel across the job sites and have the driving license.
  • Good command of English and computer literature.
