Human Resources Manager - APAC (North & South East Asia) Position:
Responsibilities: Responsible for the human resources management for North and South East Asia region (HR Policies, Recruitment, Payroll-C&B, Employee Relation, Training & Development).

  • Responsible for the human resources management for North and South East Asia region.
  • Supervise the team to accomplish the company's objectives.
  • Coordinate and support the HRM in other regions as required.
  • Support and maintain the organization's HRIS applications and modules for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements/specifications and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintain a compensation plan by conducting periodic compensation surveys; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Coordinates with government departments to ensure compliance with government rules and regulations.
  • Provides management advice on industrial relations and maintains harmonious relationships between management and employees.
  • Oversees and maintains the Human Resources Information System, implement, improve the process to ensure data quality, and analyze as well as report on the data in the HRIS.


Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR management with a Multinational Organization, and some experience in HRIS.
  • Direct experience in global / APAC HR experience from policies / labor law / HR operation management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Thai labor laws and related laws, strong influencing, change management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is important.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
